Ideas, made testable.
Forager Learning & Design helps organizations, founders, and practitioners turn a promising idea into a working prototype or pilot, then learn from what happens.
What I do
Prototype sprints
Two weeks from idea to something real people can try: working software, or a program run with a small group. You get the prototype plus a short memo on what it taught us.
Program design
Shaping a new program or product into a pilot that's ready to launch and measure.
Facilitation
Sessions for any group that needs to think together: surfacing ideas, designing something new, working through a hard problem, or deciding a path forward. Built so every voice gets in, and the group leaves with something concrete.
- Brainstorming and co-design
- Design and problem-solving sessions
- Decisions and next steps
- Retreats, offsites, and transitions
Coaching
One-on-one coaching for leaders in growth, change, or a new role. Grounded in a simple frame for how leaders show up: proximity, stance, presence, and rhythm.
- Executive and senior leaders
- Leaders new to a role
- Leaders building something new
Prototypes
Power Recall
Fact-fluency practice built on spaced retrieval, with a class report for teachers.
Open Power RecallWorking prototypes, not finished products. No accounts, no student information collected.
